How to Purchase Tickets

- Accepted payment methods: Visa and MasterCard only (No American Express).
- Ticket purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of performance cancellation.
Lap Policy
- All individuals must have a ticket, including children/infants sitting on laps. Olympic Ballet does not have a lap policy.

Ticket Exchanges
- Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance.
- Exchange fee: $5 per ticket, plus any price difference between performances.

Group Discounts
- Groups of 10+ tickets for regular performances receive a 10%+ discount.
- Group orders must be placed through the Box Office.
- Abridged matinees of The Nutcracker have separate group rates.

2025–2026 Season Ticket Package
Season ticket package includes tickets for the entire 2025–2026 performance season—The Nutcracker, Debuts (modern ballet premieres), Spring Rep (classical excerpts and contemporary ballet), and Giselle—for 10% off your entire order!
Season ticket holders can have tickets mailed and exchange tickets without fees* and can order additional tickets with the 10% discount.
*Tickets may be exchanged without fees, but may be asked to pay the difference in the ticket price for show exchanges.

Dress Code for Performances: We encourage patrons to dress up for the special occasion of attending a ballet. While there is no formal dress code, business casual to semi-formal attire is preferred.
